Jeffrey Dahmer was a serial killer, necrophiliac, cannibal and psychopath. He is infamous for the descriptions given by the cops and journalists/ reporters that entered his apartment the day he was arrested. One reporter, Anne Schwartz said "in the back of the closet was a metal stockpot that contained decomposed hands and a penis. On the shelf above the kettle were two skulls." Dahmer killed 17 males in the span of 13 years. Every male was either homosexual or bisexual and engaged in sexual activities with Dahmer before he strangled them to death.
Jeffrey Dahmer was another smooth and well spoken serial killer who easily subdued his victims. He met most of his victims at gay bars but picked up his first real victim, Steven Hicks. He picked up Hicks who was hitchhiking. They went back to Dahmer's home, drank beer, and had sex. After Hicks tried to leave he killed him, cut up his body and buried it in bags in the woods behind his house. Dahmer revisited this corpse after a few months to further crush the Hicks decomposing body.
Dahmer used a form of charm to pick up his victims. He would play a nice friendly homosexual man that just wanted to go get a drink and wanted someone to do that with. But once they were drunk enough and drugged by the pills he crushed up and served in his victims' drinks he raped them. During the rape he sometimes took pictures of the victims in positions in which they were bonded and posed. Afterwards he strangled and dismembered them. He kept the skulls of certain victims and boiled them until the flesh came off;when that happened he painted them gray and kept them on a shelf. Dahmer also practiced cannibalism, a few body parts were found cooking and in his refrigerator there were strips and pieces of humans flesh wrapped up for later.
Safety tips

• Don't go home with a stranger. Don't. Especially is you are under any influence that wouldn't make you think clearly. Just as you could be lying to them about your age, something small. They could be lying about where you two are going, something serious. 
• If you do go home with a stranger make sure you are aware of your surroundings, Jeffrey Dahmer put pills in his victim's drinks while he made them. He also had hands and penises cooking on his stove.
